A Bird's Nest Work of Art

On a recent trip to Micheal's (one of my all time fav stores now), I spotted a cute little birds nest. I had started my shopping trip looking for all the pieces to put something like this together (nest, eggs, feathers). Lucky for me, it came as is and was on sale! I scooped it up not really knowing what I was going to do with it. Then I thought, why not just frame it? It is so pretty and delicate looking that it could hold its own. So that's what I did. I glued it onto a piece of card stock, secured it in a frame that I had taken the glass out and hung it up with a pretty length of ribbon.

Super cute and super affordable. A Springy (is that a word?) piece of artwork.
